All our conventions offer BIR member companies the possibility to promote their products, services and technologies through a variety of sponsorship packages. The 2012 World Recycling Convention & Exhibition in Rome offers again an excellent opportunity to reach a powerful group of leading recycling industry businesspeople with your promotional message.

Diamond sponsorship packages (€ 25,000 each)

This sponsorship package does not include the production costs (purchase of lanyards and printing of logo)

Titanium sponsorship packages (€ 8,000 each)
- Divisional Luncheon, Wednesday, 30 May (Tyres, Non-Ferrous, Stainless Steel)
- Divisional Luncheon, Thursday, 31 May (Ferrous)

Emerald sponsorship packages (€ 5,000 each)
- Divisional Luncheon, Friday, 1 June (Paper, Plastics, Textiles)
- Gold Member lounge
- Promotional item distributed at the registration desk and/or to the convention venue hotel rooms, e.g. baseball cap, T-shirt, RelaxPillow etc. (fee per item)
This sponsorship package does not include the production costs (purchase of item and printing of logo). - Photographer at Welcome Evening

- Young Traders Networking Dinner
- Promotional item in convention briefcase, e.g. notepad, pen, calculator, USB key, USB hub etc. (fee per item)

Advertising
Enhance your brand and create new business opportunities! BIR member companies attending our Rome Convention can place an advertisement in the list of participants, the final programme and/or the convention proceedings.
Please fill in the special advertising form on www.bir.org and return it along with the ad (for technical specifications see form) and your payment before 25 April 2012 to Yolande Joret at the BIR Brussels Secretariat (bir@bir.org) and not to EGA.
