Provisional Schedule of Meetings and Other Events
The plenary sessions (i.e. commodity Division/Committee meetings) and the exhibition area are open to all registered delegates (simultaneous interpretation in the official BIR languages English, French and German as well as passive Italian and Spanish). The meetings of the Divisional Boards and of special organising committees (on Sunday) are restricted to Board/Committee members.
The following schedule is provisional and might be subject to small changes prior the Convention.
Details on the divisional meetings, speakers and workshops will be available at a later date and we recommend that you regularly visit the special Istanbul convention pages on the BIR website for updates.

Welcome Evening
Ciragan Palace

All registered delegates, guests and spouses are invited to the BIR Welcome Evening.
The Ciragan Palace is located on the shores of the magnificent Bosphorus overlooking the ancient city of Istanbul. The palace has a rich history, hosting Ottoman Sultans and Sadrazams for many years. The recent renovation blends the architectural splendour of a palace with modern luxury and comforts.
Transport by bus to the Ciragan Palace will be provided from the Swissôtel The Bosphorus.
Dress code is smart casual.
