Provisional Schedule of Meetings and Other Events

The plenary sessions (i.e. commodity Division/Committee meetings) and the exhibition area are open to all registered delegates (simultaneous interpretation in the official BIR languages English, French and German as well as passive Italian and Spanish). The meetings of the Divisional Boards and of special organising committees (on Sunday) are restricted to Board/Committee members.

The following schedule is provisional and might be subject to small changes prior the Convention.

Details on the divisional meetings, speakers and workshops will be available at a later date and we recommend that you regularly visit the special Istanbul convention pages on the BIR website for updates.
